Spoilage Payback

Effective retroactively, 1/1/2020, 80% of Prepaid Maintenance (PPM) spoilage for unused oil changes will be paid back to the dealers with PPM sale authority. The payment will be made annually at the end of March for the previous years’ spoilage. The first payment will be issued 3/31/2021. Only non-reinsured dealers are eligible for spoilage payback.

Effective immediately grace periods for PPM claims will no longer be granted; once a contract has expired claims will not be accepted.
