Below is a list of deadlines and statuses of Axiom’s products, for the various finance companies that are utilizing the F&I Sentinel platform for the review and approval of F&I products for financing.
VW Credit Inc. (VCI) and Audi Financial Services
- March 2, 2021 – implementation of funding rule for GAP, VSC, Tire & Wheel, Paintless Dent Repair, Key, Windshield, and Ancillary Bundles.
- Axiom has received approval for all applicable products in states with current business. New forms have been loaded in our system and provided to Reynolds and Reynolds and CDK. GAP will require a VCI lender specific form, AX-GAP-UNL-VN 1/21, which must be utilized with all deals funded by VCI. You must utilize your current GAP form for all other lenders, to avoid your GAP form being declined.
Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation (NMAC) and Infiniti Financial Services
- April 2, 2021 – implementation of funding rule for GAP, VSC, Tire & Wheel, Paintless Dent Repair, Key, Windshield, Ancillary Bundles, and PPM.
- Axiom has received approval for all applicable products in states with current business. New forms have been loaded in our system for your New forms have been loaded in our system and provided to Reynolds and Reynolds and CDK. GAP will require a NMAC lender specific form, AX-GAP-UNL-VN 1/21, which must be utilized with all deals funded by NMAC. You must utilize your current GAP form for all other lenders, to avoid your GAP form being declined. NMAC extended a grace period of 5/1/21 to utilize updated contracts. If you submit a non-approved contract, your dealership will be notified. If you are notified, please contact Axiom and we will ensure your dealership has the correct form.
American Honda Finance Corporation (AHF) and Acura Financial Services
- April 12, 2021 - implementation of funding rule for GAP Waiver.
- Axiom has filed and received approval for GAP. New forms have been loaded in our system and provided to Reynolds and Reynolds and CDK. GAP will require an AHFC lender specific form, AX-GAP-AHF 3/21, which must be utilized with all deals funded by AHFC. You must utilize your current GAP form for all other lenders, to avoid your GAP form being declined.
Santander Consumer USA
- May 1, 2021 - implementation of funding rule for GAP Waiver.
- Axiom has submitted AX-GAP-CS 4/21 to F&I Sentinel and is awaiting approval. Once approved, GAP will require a Santander lender specific form, AX-GAP-CS 4/21, which must be utilized with all deals funded by Santander and Chrysler. You must utilize your current GAP form for all other lenders, to avoid your GAP form being declined.
Chrysler Capital
- May 1, 2021 - implementation of funding rule for GAP Waiver.
- Axiom has submitted AX-GAP-CS 4/21 to F&I Sentinel and is awaiting approval. Once approved, GAP will require a Chrysler lender specific form, AX-GAP-CS 4/21, which must be utilized with all deals funded by Chrysler and Santander. You must utilize your current GAP form for all other lenders, to avoid your GAP form being declined.
Hyundai Motor Finance, Genesis Finance, and Kia Motors Finance
- October 1, 2021 - implementation of funding rule for GAP Waiver.
- Axiom is reviewing the minimum business requirements and will submit for approval shortly. Once approval is received, you will be notified if a lender specific form is required.
